Topic Overview:

Most Australian households are aware of the importance of saving energy and water. But not all homes are equal – their usage of such technologies as grey water plumbing and solar energy vary enormously by location, by household income, by dwelling type, and by many other factors. Based on primary research of thousands of Australian households, this presentation examines the levels of usage of sustainable technologies across the country.

Are tanks more popular in Sydney or in Melbourne ? Which state has the highest proportion of solar energy users? What is the relationship between household income and ducted air conditioning?

“A Sustainable Atlas of Australia ” answers all these questions, and many more. Find out who's got what, where, and why.
